We are looking for a new team member to join the internal training team in a junior administrative role.
Job description
- Managing and maintaining HCP training records
- Uploading and filing training documentation
- Checking for missing or expired training records and missing signatures
- Supporting the evaluation of HCP training status
- Preparing training status reports
- Supporting back-office activities
Start: immediately
Location: Praha 8
Contract: fixed-term until the end of 2026
Požadavky
- At least a secondary school education
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in administrative support
- Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
