On behalf of our client—a leader in business process digitalization and BPM/ERP systems—we are looking for a strategic powerhouse to spearhead their international expansion. This is not a "maintenance" role; this is a mission to conquer the DACH and Polish markets.
The Mission:
Market Conquest: You will be the primary driver of expansion into Germany and Poland, identifying opportunities and closing deals from scratch.
Fintech & P2P Focus: You will position a cutting-edge solution designed to automate Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, financial workflows, and enterprise-level approval processes.
C-Level Engagement: You’ll be a peer to CFOs and Financial Directors, selling value, efficiency, and digital transformation—not just features.
Growth Strategy: Act as a key stakeholder in defining the go-to-market strategy for new European territories.

Who You Are:
The Linguistic Professional (Must-Have): You are fluent in English AND possess professional proficiency in either German or Polish. You must be comfortable negotiating and building rapport in these languages. ?️
Software Savvy: You have a proven track record in B2B sales within the SaaS, ERP, or Fintech sectors.
The "Hunter" Mentality: You enjoy the thrill of the chase and have the resilience required to open new international markets.
Process-Oriented: You understand how large organizations handle finance, procurement, and operations.
