Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and community standards.
• Identify and escalate potentially harmful or sensitive content based on established policies.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while working with large volumes of content.
• Handle cases efficiently within agreed SLAs and quality targets.
• Use internal tools and workflows to document actions and decisions clearly.
• Collaborate with team members and team leads to support continuous improvement of processes and guidelines.

Požadavky

What You Will Need
• Fluency in Czech and strong command of English (C1 level).
• High attention to detail and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.
• Strong resilience and emotional maturity when working with sensitive content.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and adapt to evolving guidelines.
• Fast learning ability and confidence working with digital tools and systems.
