Are you a detail-oriented recruitment or HR professional ready to manage contractor hiring processes from A to Z? We’re looking for a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to support our contingent workforce program — covering requisition intake, supplier coordination, onboarding, assignment changes, and offboarding.

What You’ll Do:
- Support hiring managers through the entire requisition process
- Coordinate with staffing partners to ensure timely candidate delivery
- Track assignments, extensions, and offboarding activities
- Monitor compliance, documentation, and reporting accuracy
- Ensure smooth onboarding and time/expense tracking
- Act as a main point of contact for hiring teams and external vendors

Location: Prague 8
Start: ASAP
Contract: 1 year (with possible extension)

Požadavky

- at least 3 years in recruitment, HR coordination, or workforce operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
- Fluent English (C1) and Czech (B2)
- Experience with contingent workforce or vendor coordination is a plus
