Job tasks:
- Support HR operations such as employee onboarding/offboarding, managing confidential data, and assisting with budget preparation
- Handle daily office duties (e.g., printing, scanning, mailroom tasks)
- Supporting employees and answering their queries
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
The contract is for 1 year with possibility of prolongation.

Location - Prague 8
Požadavky
- Fluent English
- Previous experience with administration tasks/customer service is a plus
- Customer dedication and passion
- Experience in HR or Payroll Specialist role is an advantage
- Solid command of MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work in an international team
