Do you have knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process in a B2B business model? Are you proficient in German?
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our client's team in delivering B2B support for their products.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-8, focusing on order management and customer inquiries.
- Ensure high standards of customer support through effective processes and professional communication.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better customer service.
- Build strong relationships with sales, technical support, finance, and other teams.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance experiences.

Handle service incidents with urgency.
Požadavky
- 3+ years of managerial experience in a customer-facing team.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- Experience in international environments and the Order-to-Cash cycle.

Expertise in SAP, Oracle, or similar systems. CRM knowledge.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
