Location: Prague or Ostrava
Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract, hybrid
Responsibilities:

Managing administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment).

Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems (such as Workday and SAP).

Preparing monthly payroll data for external payroll providers, verifying payroll outputs, and generating reports and documentation.

Daily communication with employees through the system to resolve requests and inquiries.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external institutions.
- Participation in HR-related projects (e.g., process automation).

Požadavky

Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken) for daily communication.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role (preferred).

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of labor law principles.

Experience with Workday and SAP systems is a plus.
