Junior Engineer with translation skills

Náplň práce

We are seeking an individual to provide technical and translation support for energy extraction activities.


Duties include:

- Basic engineering (dependent on training but may include design, operations and procurement activities
related to civil, energy extraction, or facilities engineering).

- Technical translation (Czech to English; English to Czech).

- Regulatory support (reviewing and ensure regulatory compliance).

- Support for expat engineers.

Požadavky

Qualifications:

- Engineering degree (some consideration may be given to other related technical degrees).

- Strong translation capabilities (i.e.: in addition to document translations, candidate must be able to accurately
translate technical discussions in meetings between Czech and English speakers).

- Prior experience in both engineering and translation support is preferred.


Additional:

- Flexibility in working hours due to online international meetings.

- Ability to do limited travel (mostly inside Czechia).

- Ability to work closely with others.

- Blended remote and office-based environment.
