                        Sales Manager position Summary			
Sales Manager for Crown Metals CZ s.r.o. (CMCZ) will be responsible for CMCZ external Sales & Marketing functions. The main purpose of the role is to liaise with CMCZ customers, to negotiate contracts and understand demand for our Magnesium recycling foundry as well as looking for any opportunities to maintain and add volume to the plant. 
It will be required to improve the brand awareness of the company through exhibitions and trade shows to enable the company to have access to new opportunities, to understand markets and maintain relationships with our partners and customers.
Flexibility regarding presence on one of two working places will be required in accordance with business current requirements. Also is required ability travel abroad alone or with Sales & Marketing Director to visit customer, trade shows etc. 
On the Sales manager position is expected self-motivated, creative and communicative person.  
Main responsibilities
•	Be the forward-facing presence of the company with its customers
•	Negotiate contracts with customers either on short term basis or on an annual 
        or longer basis
•	Sales manager will be required to provide regular service to our customers and 
        maintain any customers requirements through the year. 
•	Sales manager will be responsible for customer forecasts for volume for the 
        next 3 to 6 months and closely cooperate with CMCZ 
•	Sales manager will participate on Sales and Operation planning meetings 
        arrangements on monthly basis 
•	Sales manager will be responsible look for any opportunities for volume 
        maintenance and volume increase for the CMCZ foundry
•	Sales manager will cooperate with Sales & Marketing Director on development 
       and maintenance of CMCZ’s Marketing strategy and functions for the 
        organisation
•	Sales manager will attend relevant exhibitions and trade shows within Europe
•	Sales manager has to understand what our competitors are doing in the market
•	Position has to monitor and understand worldwide Magnesium market 
        behaviour and trends, China included
•	Position will to determine CMCZ Pricing Strategy in cooperation with Sales & 
        Marketing Director
•	Any other duties within the position holder’s competence are requested.

                        •	Bachelor and higher level
•	Experience of working in a multinational sales environment 
•	Experience in the automotive industry
•	Marketing Experience
•	Excellent interpersonal skills
•	Experience of using MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. 
•	Ability to speak and write in English 
•	Contract negotiation skills 
•	Must have ability to use own, priorities tasks and work well under pressure.  
•	Time Management and leadership skills
•	Presentation skills 
•	Personal car driving licence
•	Self-motivated with ability to use own initiative, prioritise tasks and work well 
        under pressure.

•	40 hours per week.  
•	Frequent travel abroad (Europe) to visit CMCZ customers, exhibitions and trade
