Náplň práce

Main responsibilities:

· Use tools for remote management and alert monitoring

· Be responsible for incident / service requests investigation, diagnosis and resolutions where possible

· Change the SAP environment according to customer needs

· Provide technical support and leadership in a complex mission critical SAP environments

· Perform 2nd or 3rd level support to customers infrastructure

· Suggest improvements for the infrastructure to stabilize customer environments


Required skills for the position:

· Advanced SAP Basis administration skills

· Strong team player

Additional skills are preferred:

· Basics of IP Services

· Knowledge of database administration (Oracle, SAPDB, MSSQL, DB2) and SQL

· Experience in AIX administration

· Bachelor's Degree
